In 1998 six upscale guest rooms were added to the property. Two years later Fred's Inn was home to 25 guest rooms for rent. Including Multi Room Suites, Jacuzzi suites with fireplaces, a handicapped accessible room with man down alarm, Single King Rooms and Dual Queen Rooms. All Hotel Guest Rooms Feature:

Really a nice little country motel, rooms are spacious! Food is amazing, awesome serving sizes! Quaint little bar that is awesome, rooms were really good, beds are comfortable! Location is a little out of the way but still close enough to some amenities! Definitely would stay again if I happened this way! We were at Unadilla motocross track, took about 30 minutes to travel one way!

I was searching for a place near Oneonta for a family reunion and found Fred's Inn. Upon arrival, the place looked serene. Our upstairs room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and linens. We tried the restaurant, which was the best decision all weekend. It was phenomenal, and the portions were enormous with decent pricing. The food was awesome.

Great place for larger gatherings, romantic dinner date, or a night out with friends. They also offer affordable rooms for lodging. I stayed many years ago in a room that offered a king size bed and a heart shaped hot tub. The room was clean and spacious.

Quality rooms - mine had king bed, sofa, desk, HD TV, A/C, fridge, microwave, large mirror and a bathtub. Upstairs high ceiling very nice.

Absolutely amazing the room we stayed in the beds were comfortable the shower was nice and hot fully stocked. It was a perfect place for me and my fiance to just stay and relax and enjoy one another's company no worries at all the rooms are huge and fully cleaned and stocked can't wait to stay again.
